    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you once again for the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I also take this opportunity to congratulate my neighbour brother, Sen. Wamatangi. The steps he has taken to bring this amendment shows how he is so much in touch with the business sector. He went ahead to even explain some of the issues that he faced. As a businessman, I stand here to support this Bill whole heartedly because I know what it means. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we fought for our Independence and got it. The focus of Kenya was diverted to white collar jobs and the politics of the day. From that time, Kenyans spent so much time trying to see how someone can become a general manager, a pilot, a politician or generate money with no source, whatsoever, to show where that money is coming from. That has tilted the minds of Kenyans. Today, we are referred to as able people with the ability that it takes to do our things with good knowledge. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Kenyans are respected everywhere in the world. There is one black spot that is painted on us. That is; we are ready to steal at any given time. There are great sons and daughters of this country who have managed to change the face of this country. I had a special friend of mine, the late Njenga Karume, who was a great leader in this country. His leadership emanated from the fact that he organised himself as an individual. He did not have degrees. However, he had the wisdom that had been given to him by the Creator and he used it properly. My brother has brought a Bill on micro finance and small scale enterprises.
