    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in – (a) sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “once in” immediately after the words “at least”; (b) sub-clause (3) by inserting the words “on its website and in at least two newspapers of national circulation” immediately after the words “and publish”. The Committee proposes that sub-clause (1) of Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in order to clarify that the CS should reveal the national policy on upstream petroleum operations at least once in every five years."
