    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 102 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “may” appearing immediately after the words “under section 100” in the introductory phrase and substituting therefor the word “shall”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)– (c) that any compensation payable under paragraph (a) or (b) shall be paid within a period of four months from the date of issuance of the consent and in full to the person entitled to such compensation."
