    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 39 of the Bill be amended at sub-clause (7) by deleting the word “Director-General” appearing immediately after the words “reserve, the” and substituting therefor the words “Chief Conservator of Forests”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, again I want to say that the Committee decided that the use of the word “Chief Conservator of Forests” would be more appropriate than the description “Director-General”. A lot of the amendments that will follow will be as a result of that change."
