    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT clause 72 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by- (i) deleting the words “Director-General” appearing immediately after the word “the” and substituting therefor the words “Chief Conservator of Forests”; (ii) deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (b) public forests; (b) inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1)- (1A) The relevant counties will at all times be furnished with pertinent copies of all the relevant documents maintained in the Chief Conservator of Forests register. (c) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “Director-General” appearing immediately after the words “office of the” and substituting therefor the word “Chief Conservator of Forests”."
