    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (7) by deleting the words “under the Public Procurement and Disposal Act or any Act replacing that Act” appearing immediately after the words “with government” and substituting therefor the words “under the laws relating to matters of procurement and disposal.”. The purpose of this amendment is to avoid reference to a specific statute so that there would be no need for an amendment to this Act in case the procurement law is amended in future."
