    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to tell the Prime Minister through the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government that he visited six constituencies in northern Kenya. He visited Dujis, Mandera East, Mandera West, Wajir North, North Horr and Isiolo. Those areas are represented by ODM Members of Parliament. In his mind, did he think that it is only areas represented by ODM Members of Parliament that were affected by drought? Secondly, is he aware that Wajir South Constituency - which is vast and the largest constituency in North Eastern Province - is the worst affected area in terms of drought? Thirdly, the vehicles that are used for water trucking are unable to move due to bad road conditions. What is he going to do about that?"
