    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to inform the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government that concerning the issue that Mr. Sirat raised with regard to constituencies which were not visited and his is one of them, I think the Prime Minister did that because the Vice-President had visited there not long ago. I believe he assessed the drought situation in that constituency. But, unfortunately, instead of taking food, he just visited and then came back."
