    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank Mr. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government for the trust he has in me. The Prime Minister came to my constituency, Wajir North, and he was accompanied by professionals. There were five Permanent Secretaries and food was distributed. It was on a non-partisan programme. It was a Government programme. So, I tend to think that those who are saying that issues of parties and no technical persons accompanied him there are wrong."
