    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45 to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. In the statement, the Chairperson should address the following issues:- (1) Why the traffic police officer popularly known as Mr. Ken, the only traffic officer plying along the Mombasa-Kilifi Road, assaulted a matatu driver by the name Mr. Benson Kalo on 15th June, 2016 while carrying passengers in his matatu vehicle registration No. KCF 619M at Mtwapa Bridge in the presence of two armed prison police officers who dragged him up to Shanzu Law Court Gates."
