While moving the Motion, there was nothing wrong in him saying that it is a bi-partisan Motion that was discussed in the Senate Business Committee and so on. But all the same, I have two compelling reasons I support this Motion. The first one is that it is becoming abundantly clear that we are starting to get bogged down with business."
