    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to thank the Assistant Minister and hope that they will ensure that all Kenyans are safe. The uprising we are seeing in Africa is as a result of the youth being frustrated due to unemployment. Now that the Ministry is aware of the cause of those problems outside there, and there is the same potential in our neighbourhood, what have they done to inform our own Government on such dangers and ensure that we are able to create jobs for our youth so that we do not face the same problems as a country?"
