    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to inform my colleague and friend that the issue of informing the Government on what the national policy should be is strictly the agenda of the Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 and the Ministry of Finance. This House is aware and we have been talking about the critical issues of unemployment and the interventions which the Kenyan Government and, indeed, we as leaders, need to bring forth, so that we can solve this problem. I would not want to get into the details of that, but I can assure you that in our own Ministerial wikileaks, the Government is aware of the problem, the economics and the politics of it."
