"content": "In our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I send a warm welcome to them. On behalf of the Senate and on my own behalf, I wish them a fruitful visit. VISITING DELEGATION OF MCAS AND STAFF FROM MERU COUNTY ASSEMBLY POWERS AND PRIVILEGES COMMITTEE I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of visiting Members and staff from Meru County Assembly. They are here on a one day benchmarking visit to the Senate. I request each Member of the delegation to stand when called out so that he or she may be acknowledged in the usual Senate tradition. 1.
