    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion. It is very timely that we pass these two Bills. Let me take this chance to congratulate the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs. In my view, he has done a very good job. He has remained steadfast and has been working very hard to see that the two Bills are brought before this House. Therefore, I would like to say that we need to fast-track these Bills so that they can be passed so that we initiate reforms in our judiciary system."
