Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. The Bill has been in the legislative freezer for a while but the process of bringing it back has begun. As far as I am concerned, I wrote a letter and by Tuesday next week, I am sure the Senate Rules and Business Committee will schedule it for conclusion and passage."
