First, I thank the Senator for being industrious enough to bring a statement from the Cabinet Secretary and the county government. My interest in this matter is that the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Level 5 Hospital serves quite a huge catchment of which Homa Bay County that I represent is part of. I get quite dismayed by the level of service and facilities in this institution which has always been blamed on inadequate funding. Madam Temporary Speaker, I do not have the benefit of the figures that Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. read out because I have not seen the hard copy of the response.
