I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Sessional Committee on Implementation regarding the status of the implementation of the resolution of the Senate on the state of affairs in Kenya Airways Limited. In the Statement, I would like the Chairperson to apprise the House on the status of implementation of each of the recommendations made by the ad hoc select Committee of the inquiry into the affairs of the company and its subsidiaries in its report on the matter as tabled on 1st December, 2015 and adopted by the Senate on 3rd December, 2015.
