    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the second Statement is directed to the same Committee. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Sessional Committee on Implementation regarding the status of the implementation of the resolution of the Senate on the disappearance of twins at Pumwani Maternity Hospital on 6th January, 2015. In the Statement, I would like the Chairperson to apprise the House on the status of implementation of the recommendations made by the Standing Committee on Health in its report on the matter as tabled on 15th September, 2015 and adopted by the Senate on 2nd December, 2015. Thank you."
