    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new Clause immediately after clause 13- Obligations 13B. In the event of multiple pregnancies, the obligations of the surrogate mother and the commissioning parents remain as provided in this Act. Mr. Chairman, Sir, this is to cater for the children in case there are multiple pregnancies, and the obligations do remain with the commissioning parents and not with the surrogate mother."
