    "content": "In this Act- “access to” means the ability of an individual to obtain or receive appropriate, safe, accountable, effective, quality health information and services; “adolescent” means any person aged between ten and eighteen years; “adolescent-friendly reproductive health services” means reproductive health services that are accessible, age-appropriate, and safe for adolescents and are designed to attract interest and sustain adolescent motivation to utilize such services; “antenatal care” includes the correct diagnosis of pregnancy, followed by periodic examinations, screening and management of complications during pregnancy; “authorized facility"
