    "content": "Yes, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This is a very important Statement sought by the Senators. The question on the EPA has been a vexing one particularly in the context of the EAC because agreements are now supposed to be signed as East African Corporation. That has been a challenge because some of the countries like Tanzania and Burundi have not been very cooperative. Therefore, due to the importance of this, we will need a bit of time. I seek the indulgence of the Senator to respond by Thursday next week. I also urge the Clerks to expedite the dispatch of the letter so that by Thursday before the House goes on recess we can respond to it."
