    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for how long will we wait for the response from the Commission regarding publication of the names of the successful candidates? This was supposed to be done earlier before the candidates reported to college. That is the requirement. The excuse that money was not available is not binding. They should have waited for availability of the money then published the names. That is why we have complaints which cannot be addressed because we cannot see the names."
