    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, over a week ago, one police man went berserk and killed his colleagues in Kapenguria Police Headquarters. It is alleged that he was an Al Shabaab sympathizer. He has served for two years in the police service. Could the Chairperson tell us what stringent criteria have been put in place to identify apriori these Kenyans that are already in these vices so that they do not find themselves in the police service? They could be more dangerous in future."
