I just said that; in terms of procedure a statement was made by the Vice Chair and clarifications were sought by Members. The Vice Chair has only responded to one of those clarifications sought. Why do we not allow her to respond to as many as possible, then on the basis of the responses, we can consider what the Senator for Murang’a has stated, unless we want to say that as a House, we do not even care what the committee’s thinking might be? We all care about and appreciate our committees because some of you are Members. So, let her respond and then on the basis of the response, we can determine that we need more. We have always done that and it will not be the first time. Vice Chair?"
