"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me confirm that I am not sure there is an ombudsman with the NPSC. I know there is the Ombudsman Office which takes care of all the complaints regarding the acts of public offices and public officers in this country. That is what I can confirm but I am not sure about whether the police have an office for that. If I am not wrong, the guidelines and regulations for the recruitment were reviewed by the NPSC in March 2016 but they had also been done in 2015.
