    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This is a very serious matter. We are talking about the health of women. As we know, quite a number of women in these hospitals share beds. This is a serious matter and I feel that this Committee is not taking it seriously. I request you to rule on this matter, because it is not the first time that we are requesting for this Statement. Sen. Sijeny requested for it but no answer came. In fact, at that time, if you recall, there was not even one Member of that Committee in the House and that is why the Majority Whip made that undertaking. We seek your direction on this matter."
