    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Clause talking about a maximum of two terms is essential. Let us not curtail people too much. It does not have to be that when you have served for two terms, you are automatically supposed to be elected. As we said, it should be competitive. Lastly, if you read the history and books, particularly where we have seen the emergence of female leaders, you will find that they are not curtailed. They just emerge and automatically find themselves performing quite well. So, we need to encourage our sisters that it is their time. I support."
