    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I rise to contribute, there is an issue which I did not want to delve into. First, I have to congratulate the Mover of this Bill, my learned friend, Sen. Sijeny, for coming up with what she is entitled to do as a legislator. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when we passed the 2010 Constitution, we legislators are required to come up with several Acts and amendments to realign the 2010 Constitution to fall within the letter and spirit of the Constitution.
