    "content": " The big question is: If we pass this Bill here – and remember they did not pass the Bill from what we have been told – the next thing that will happen is that we shall send a message to the National Assembly. The question then that must be answered is: Will the Speaker of the National Assembly say that he will not take it to the Floor of the House because it is the same thing or will he be obliged to take the matter to the Floor of the House and then they reject our Bill and it goes to mediation? That is what Article 112 of the Constitution says. The problem that I have is that we are dealing with issues that I do not know about."
