    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to add my voice to this Petition by Hon. Gatobu. This is clearly laid out in Article 19 of the Constitution, Fundamental Rights and Education being part of it. I think the current Cabinet Secretary is doing a good job and Kenyans have seen that. However, the problem in education is, I think there are too many loose ends where the poor in our constituencies are still not going to school. This is because they cannot afford even the basic fees of Kshs.5, 000 or Kshs.7,500. I think something needs to be done. I think it is a good Petition. Parliament must add its voice and also as a House we must objectively contribute to think about fees on education so that all our children whether they are poor or rich access education."
