    "content": "This Bill addresses Articles 10 and 47 of the Constitution. It allows a Member to appeal but it also allows stiffer penalties where fines can be imposed. It allows many things which are not addressed in our Standing Order No. 111, which seems so far, unless amended, to violate principles of natural justice. We must copy this. I want to thank you for steering us to a conclusion of that matter which was pending for four months. As we call our next meeting, next week as agreed, we should look at this proposal because somebody did very good work for a good orderly conduct of business of the assemblies. It includes fines and deals with every scenario except where it is provided for in the Constitution. I second. I want to plead with us that to those whom much is given, a lot is expected. If we think that way as representatives of the people, then our country will be better. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
