    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to add my voice to the privileges that our county assemblies are supposed to enjoy. The first thing we should ask ourselves is why we need those privileges. Why do the assemblies need those privileges? We oversee and take care of the things of the nation while county assemblies oversee the county assemblies. They oversee the counties. They have to be given the opportunity and privileges to do that with all the freedom and powers that come with it. They are supposed to enjoy the powers of the High Court. What powers does the High court enjoy? They enjoy the coverage and protection to administer their duties very well.
