    "content": "With this Bill, the Senate should move to streamline and make the standing orders of the county assemblies uniform. Now that we have this Bill and standing orders are generated from it, they should also move a step further and come up with a template of standing orders for all county assemblies so that the affairs in each county assembly are conducted in the same way and not in a haphazard way. Our Senate should come up with one booklet that is uniform for all the 47 counties with regard to standing orders."
