    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that there are over 20 water pans which were reserved in settlement schemes in Subukia Constituency that are now silted. (b) My Ministry has already started the rehabilitation of these dams to restore them to their original capacity. Menengai Hill Water Pan in Ndundori Division was recently rehabilitated under the Kazi Kwa Vijana (KKV) Programme. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have also allocated Kshs5 million to the constituency for the hon. Member to prioritize on which dams he is going to start desilting. The remaining dams will be allocated money in the next financial year."
