    "content": "It is not the assembly that gave me that position; it is my party. Now an assembly cannot withdraw that. If I am a chairman of a certain committee, it is my party that gave me that position. An assembly cannot purport to take a responsibility that is not theirs and remove me. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you are in the Speaker’s Panel and if we decide to remove you from there tomorrow, it is not proper because it is your party which proposed your inclusion in that panel. We will have gone overboard under the privileges that have been bestowed on you. I think it is important to allow the political party that gave you that position to do that. It is something that we need to look at."
