    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this important Motion. Fish farming is an important economic activity, but we lack knowledge. In Kisii, we have fishponds, but farmers are not benefiting much because they do not have knowledge to manage them. I would like to thank Hon. (Ms.) Nyamunga for coming up with the idea of establishing a fish farming training institution."
