    "content": "It is important for any society to recognise its elders or village people who manage the society. Even what is happening in our schools nowadays; the torching of schools, it is because we do not involve our elders in the school boards. We find that school board members are young people with no experience yet the elders who are supposed to advise and give counsel to these children are not recognised. They are not given due privilege to manage and help the chiefs, assistant chiefs and the head teachers to run some of these institutions."
