    "content": "We now need to pay those village elders and on top of that institute a villager elders‟ recognition day when the whole country shall celebrate their voluntary services. We need to give them the necessary recognition for the service they give. They are articulate and their work is specialised such that not anybody can play their role. Society must first of all accept you as a village elder before you can play that role. So, even though we are saying that some of them are not educated, they have natural wisdom. It is this natural wisdom that is recognised and used by the society to sort out their problems."
