Deputy Speaker, I beg to lay the following Papers on the Table of the House today, 19th July 2016:- The reports of the Departmental Committee on Health on its consideration of:- (i) The petition by Mr. Elijah King’ori Githima regarding the deplorable state of mental healthcare facilities in Kenya, and, (ii) A petition regarding alleged mismanagement and misappropriation of funds at the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI).
