    "content": "Privileges does not recommend any disciplinary action, no further proceedings should follow, including the discussion in the House. It would be important for Members to know what we have discussed as a Committee and recommended to the Speaker. This is also an exceptional circumstance because we are dealing with a specific case of a hon. Member of this House, where the Speaker had asked the Committee on Privileges to discuss the issue of Hon. Wandayi and make recommendations to the House. In this specific case, we held three sittings because we had to do a quick one. Hon. Members, I want you to be very attentive because I will be saying this only once."
