    "content": "The Committee was looking at a Petition that has been raised by a Kenyan. Once they did their Report, they have brought it to the House. This is a Report of the House. It is no longer in the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. The Motion has even been moved. So, it is this House to deliberate and make a decision on it. On the issue of whether the Committee was properly constituted or not, it is CORD that caused the problem of the constitution of the Committee. They should not blame the House."
