    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, this Motion was debated conclusively and what now remains is for us to conclude. My prayer to the Whips and the leadership is that they will not withdraw Members again and bring them back. It is allowed in the Standing Orders, but it is not good work. So, I ask my colleagues that next time, we hope these colleagues will serve for the remaining part of the Session until 2017. I beg to reply."
