    "content": "As you might have seen, different parts of the country today are experiencing different climatic conditions. In the northern part of the Republic of Kenya, particularly where I come from, there is drought. The lives of many people are in danger. We have already lost many animals. The elderly, children and women are in danger. In the light of this, I would like to seek leave of the House under this Standing Order to be allowed to debate this issue as an urgent matter of definite national importance."
