    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations and a ranking Member of this House. Looking at this Report, there is a minority report and I dissented. Page 32 of the Report lists Members who recorded a dissenting view, namely, Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo, Hon. Elijah Memusi, Hon. (Ms.) Joyce Lay and Hon. Onyonka. My name is missing yet I did not sign the majority report. This shows a lot of inconsistencies. I want us to suspend this debate until a proper report is tabled on the Floor of this House. I dissented yet my name is not in the minority report. The Chairman is aware of it. I doubt the accuracy of this Report. Will I be in order to say that we step down this Order until a proper report is tabled on the Floor of the House?"
