    "content": "With regard to the financial implications of this agreement, the two Governments are required to share expenses arising from joint activities under the Defence Cooperation Agreement. Some activities under the scope of the Defence Cooperation Agreement touch on the mandate of the counties, such as humanitarian operations like veterinary and health care outreach services, protection of the environment and mapping and land survey. The process leading to the adoption of the Defence Cooperation Agreement was negotiated by the Ministry of Defence, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 37 and 283 of the KDF Act. The execution of the Defence Cooperation Agreement was preceded by negotiations between the two Governments.
