    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do appreciate that regions that have acted as the food basket of the Republic of Kenya have plenty of food. This is a reality. But is that being translated into something that can benefit the whole country? This is the question we are asking. I am not ashamed to tell hon. Members that 90 per cent of the residents in my constituency rely on relief food from the Government. If that relief food does not come for one month, then we have a disaster in that particular constituency."
