    "content": "It is also very discouraging to find that Government priorities are sometimes upside down. I cannot understand why a factory like the KMC is located in Nairobi when it should be either in North Eastern or another area where livestock is kept, so that the farmers can take their animals there. Such factories should be located in those areas. In the next Budget, the Government should set aside money to tap rain water and dig dams in areas where there are adequate rivers, so that we can store enough water and provide it to the farmers for irrigation. It should also set aside money to buy food from the farmers and store it, so that, every time, we do not have to respond to this matter as an emergency."
