    "content": "I was concluding by saying that as leaders of this House and those that are outside, accept the fact that we can always have dissenting voices in whatever we do. I remember in the last Brexit vote, there is a leader who led Britons in voting for exit. It was not because he belonged to a party that was opposing the Government. At the end of it when he was asked to go for a position that the Prime Minister had left he declined and said, his job was only to lead the Britons in that direction. That is a culture that we as Kenyans must also bring here. When there is dissenting voice, let us talk to each other. Let us agree to disagree but not to part ways because this world is round. We can part ways and meet somewhere else tomorrow."
