    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to oppose this Motion simply because I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. These Members are my friends. We have worked with them for the last three years and they are very effective and good people. It has reached a point where we do not want to mix friendship with issues which we are discussing currently. We have very sensitive and serious deliberations and the country is looking at us to give direction."
